All returns/exchanges of online orders, must be returned within 7 days after delivery. Shipping Charges will be borne by the customers and its non-refundable.

- We can arrange for the parcel to Be picked from some locations. In case it does not, simply courier the parcel to our address.
- Either Case, please also enclose any Soie collectible items or any other free gifts you may have received with your order.

Credit for your returned item(s) will be refunded back to your account in the same form of payment in which it was received. The credit should appear on your next statement. You will receive an email confirming the completion of return processing.
What are the items/services that cannot be returned?
- For reasons including hygiene, we do not accept return of briefs, panties, or shapewear panties, or an opened box of a lingerie set that includes panties.
- No item that has been sold as part of a multi-pack can be returned as an individual item.
- Items bought under discount during sales or special promotions, or using credit coupons or promo-codes cannot be returned.
